Ms. Harotian has
over twenty years' expertise in business strategy and planning, process
assessment and modification, channel and partner strategy, high-technology
product marketing, and executive management.

 | Currently, Ms. Harotian
is Partner and CMO for Orion Data Management. Development of strategy and
business plan for an IT Professional Services start-up specializing in
data management services, compliance and disaster recovery. Develop key
partnerships/alliances, organizational development and marketing sales
strategy and tactics for financial services and healthcare targeted
industries. |

Previously, she was an independent consultant for ManEDGEment Solutions, a consulting
firm she founded in 1997 that provides consulting services to technology
companies with a focus on strategy development, market and revenue growth, and
organizational transformation. |

She was employed
with META Group from November 2000 to March 2003 as Director of IT Vendor
Services, where she was instrumental in developing product launch and corporate
positioning strategies for IT software companies, large and small. Ms. Harotian
completed research and analysis on wireless, security, business performance and
collaborative knowledge management, and server/chip technologies.

Ms. Harotian’s
previous work experience includes four years as Vice President of Marketing at
PADS Software, a leading vendor in Windows-based electronic design automation
software. Under her leadership, PADS reengineered a PC stand-alone product to
capture new market opportunities as a higher end product suite for enterprises,
successfully repositioning PADS as a leader and helping it achieve its financial
goals. |

Prior to PADS, Ms.
Harotian was employed 12 years at Digital Equipment Corporation working in
industry, application, channel, product, and corporate marketing. During
this time she launched and marketed a software product, developed sales training
and communications vehicles, directed major events to support 3rd
party developers and OEMs, and developed a joint selling methodology used to
maximize joint selling revenues. Ms. Harotian was an internal consultant
to Digital’s European subsidiaries for two years. Additionally she led
solution selling efforts across twenty-two industry marketing groups working
with group managers, and was appointed as process manager for the marketing and
sales reengineering process. Industry experience includes healthcare,
university, electronic design automation, state and local government,
pharmaceutical, manufacturing and computers.

Ms. Harotian
earned an M.B.A. from Bentley College with a concentration in international and
services marketing, a M.Ed. from Boston University, and a B.A. from William
Paterson University of New Jersey. |
